We are committed to the security of your information.  Personal information and account details are protected by alpha-numeric passwords.  This information is accessible only by YPS staff.

We may collect your information to serve you better.  YPS collects the following types of personal information: names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and any other information that you offer via direct contact with us. YPS may collect similar information from business entities which initiate contact, including sole proprietorships, which might constitute personal information, as well as personal information from individuals acting solely in their business capacity. YPS does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be minors, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

We may use your information, and under certain circumstances, we may share it.  Unless you opt out, YPS will use your personal or business information to reply to inquiries, process billing, provide operational notices including service reminders, maintain service records, and share promotional items.  None of our uses will result in the reporting or publication of any confidential information that has been provided to us.  At any time, you can add or remove your name from our mailing list by contacting us in writing, or by calling 978-943-6098.

YPS will never sell or rent a client's personal information.  However, we will release personal information under the following circumstances: where release is required by law or regulation (i.e. by subpoena or warrant), or when requested by an agency for governmental investigative purposes or governmental proceedings; when our records indicate a party may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices of which a governmental agency or authority should be made aware; to a legal firm or debt collection agency as warranted by a party's failure to fulfill its financial obligation to pay for rendered services or delivered products in a timely manner; to appropriate persons or agencies where communication suggests possible harm to others.

You can help us serve you by keeping your information current.  If your personal or business information changes, or if you would like to review the information we may have on file, please contact us in writing, or by calling 978-943-6098.
